Worldwide Manchester Run Fundraising for Helping Hand

The Covid-19 pandemic is impacting many people. According to WHO that elderly people face significant risk of developing severe illness if they contract the disease; hence supporting and protecting elderly in the community is everyone’s business. MBSAA sees this as a priority for community responsibility in caring for the elderly.

Helping Hand (https://helpinghand.org.hk) was founded in 1978 by Bob Saunders who cared and lent a helping hand to the elderly who was in difficulties. Now the services of Helping Hand include providing 1,000 beds in self-care and senior serviced homes, as well as looking after tens of thousands of elderly people every year.

As capable and responsible MBS alumni, we urge you to join our alumni force in pledging the support for this NGO, so that many more elderly can live respectfully with the quality of life. Would you lend your helping hand? Please give generously!

Official donation receipt will be issued by Helping Hand after the Worldwide Manchester Run event.

Stripe.com is commissioned for handling the donation collection. Please note the amount appears on your official receipt will be the total after the deduction of the 3.4% + HKD2.35 transaction fee charged by Stripe.com.
