In the midst of high unemployment rate, organisational restructure and layoff plans due to the continual pandemic and economic situations, Dr Harry wong shared at webinar aiming to help participants re-focus their mind to things that stimulates productivity, reinforce the importance “feeling good” so leaders and managers will drive a more positive, committed and confident team environment and achieve personal well-being for self and team.
Participants benefitted from the workshop in
1. Building a stronger mentality to face challenges and in managing own and others’ stress and negative emotions
2. Be able to concentrate better and find ways to fight uncertainties and get rid of helplessness
3. Learning practical tips and right mindset to build resilience for personal well-being
