This August, alumni members gathered in the East Asia Centre for a round of artisan cider tasting. Banker-turned-cider-merchant Jeremy Stunt gave an introduction to the special properties of artisan cider, delving deep not only into different styles and production regions, but also how it should be appreciated – with what food, and on what occasion. Although cider was the main focus, the night also provided a great chance for participants to mingle and make new friends.
